Was able to find product and do a check to ensure that was suitable for my appliance. The product was reasonably priced and the website easy to navigate. Product was delivered on time and regular updates were provided by company and carrier.

My only criticism would be the name of the product which was a bit confusing, however the picture helped to confirm this was the product required. Other websites refer to the product as a flap pin which for me was a better description.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
